Since my time at UDub, I've grown to love Wyoming football. This got me wondering about all the other greats who have come through this smaller conference to make an impact at the next level. It was fun to think back and compile this list, so it's here for anyone else with a hankering for the glory days of the Mountain West. The list is made in the typical format of a Fantasy Football team - QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX (RB, WR, or TE), DEF, and K, then a bench of five more players.
QB - Josh Allen (Wyoming, 2015-2017) - Buffalo Bills
WR - Davante Adams (Fresno State, 2012-1013) - Green Bay Packers
WR - Michael Gallup (Colorado State, 2016-2017) - Dallas Cowboys
RB - Rashad Penny (San Diego State, 2014-2017) - Seattle Seahawks
RB - Alexander Mattison (Boise State, 2016-2018) - Minnesota Vikings
TE - Jacob Hollister (Wyoming, 2014-2016) - Seattle Seahawks
FLEX - Preston Williams (Colorado State, 2017-2018) - Miami Dolphins
K - Jason Sanders (New Mexico, 2014-2017) - Miami Dolphins
DEF - Wyoming 2018
Key Players:
DE - Carl Granderson
DT - Youhanna Ghaifan
LB - Logan Wilson
CB - Tyler Hall
S - Andrew Wingard
BENCH:
QB - Derek Carr (Fresno State, 2009-2013) - Las Vegas Raiders
